Westside Family YMCA: Healthy Holiday Workshop

 

I was invited as a workshop presenter at the Westside Family YMCA during the month of November to help their participants maintain a healthy weight (and attitude!) during the stressful months of the holiday. I highlighted a few helpful tips that are crucial during time of stress: food preparations, consume all foods in moderation, get enough rest, and maintain exercise routine. It all comes down to planning ahead and getting the support you need.
